With the re-opening of businesses implemented in phases, business owners and HR professionals are now facing a myriad of challenges in navigating human resource and workforce needs. SGTech partnered with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) and Singapore Business Federation (SBF) on a webinar of how businesses can recalibrate to mobilise their workforce, as well as plan for the future. Ms Carmen Wee, IHRP Master Professional and a global HR leader, shared the essential human resource strategies needed to businesses to emerge from the crisis more robust and resilient.
