Taking a Citizen-centric Approach to Tech Development


The Smart Nation & Digital Government Office, GovTech and SGTech jointly organised Re-engineering the Gov OS: An Industry Webinar Series. It aims to facilitate engagement between the tech industry and Government and for companies to better understand Government ICT business and partnership opportunities.

The series comprises three 60-minute webinars and will culminate with a 1-hour panel discussion on 15 July  titled, “Smart Nation – In Conversation: Partnering Industry to Re-engineer the Government’s OS”. 

The series kicked off on 17 June 2020, with the first session titled, "Taking a Citizen-centric Approach to Tech Development".

The session covered the following:
Recent projects such as Moments of Life;
How service journeys are helping Government tech teams develop citizen-centric digital services; and
How industry partners can co-create citizen-centric projects with GovTech
