On the 4th April, the Digital Chapter held its first Info-Series session of the year on the usage of Artificial Intelligence in Business. Businesses today will not be competitive without being empowered by technological tools. Over the past decade, AI has become a technology that aids organisations achieve better results in all areas, from operational efficiency to marketing and strategy development.

The session kicked off with Mr Chris Lee, Chairman of the Digital Chapter to share on the Chapter, its strategic value, as well as the planned activities for the year ahead. Mr Lee also shared what SGTech does collectively as a community.
Dr Mark Shmulevich, Vice Chairman of the Digital Chapter then also took the chance to address the audience on the use case of AI in major industries and how it influenced and shaped Singapore's Industry Transformation Maps (ITM).
